Neuropathy Flare-Ups in Warm Temperatures

Wear Appropriate Clothing: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing to help regulate body temperature and allow for better air circulation.

Limit Sun Exposure: Stay inside when temperatures peak. Or, if possible, try to plan things like errands around the hottest time of the day, often between 10am and 2pm. And, if you do have to be outdoors, stay out of the sun. 

Stay Cool: Apply ice packs or take cool baths to help reduce inflammation and provide temporary relief from neuropathy symptoms.
